MUSKEGON, Mich. – Another fugitive featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted is behind bars.
The U.S. Marshals say Russell Rivord was arrested in Muskegon Wednesday during a traffic stop initiated to catch another fugitive.
The intended fugitive was not in the vehicle but Marshal’s recognized Rivord who initially gave them a fake name.
Rivord had been on the run since May 2013.
He was arrested with the assistance of the Muskegon Township Police Department and lodged in the Muskegon County Jail.
