FROM YOUTUBE – In partnership with Google Maps, Pure Michigan borrowed a Google Street View Trekker camera and collected imagery of iconic Michigan landmarks, trails and destinations not accessible by vehicle.
A text panel in the above video previews the culmination of the technology, saying:
“For the first time ever, notable Michigan trails and destinations will be viewable from any place in the world using Street View in Google Maps.”
