GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—Friday afternoon a court officer at the bankruptcy courts in downtown Grand Rapids accidentally fired his gun while cleaning the weapon.
The court officer was inside the bankruptcy building on the second floor when his gun fired.
He was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No one else was injured.
