BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Two teenagers were injured after being stabbed several times Saturday night.
A Sergeant with the Battle Creek Police Dept. states that the two teenagers got into a physical altercation with a 32-year-old suspect, and that suspect stabbed them multiple times. That suspect then fled the area.
A 17-year-old victim was found near the Dickman St. overpass at Fountain St. An 18-year-old victim was found in the area of 65 Main St. Police said they both suffered non-life threatening stab wounds and were taken to Battle Creek Bronson Hospital for treatment.
Police said the suspect was found in the area of Washington Heights and was arrested.
The suspect was taken to the Calhoun County Jail and was booked on two counts of attempted murder.
