GRAND RAPIDS, Mich -- According to organizers of the Grand Rapids Hispanic Festival 14% of the city's population is Hispanic. The culture of those residents will be on display Saturday at Calder Plaza with music, food, dancing and a "Futsal" 3-on-3 soccer competition.
