TALLMADGE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Two people were hospitalized Friday after a crash on Lovers Lane just west of 14th Avenue.
Ottawa County Deputies say the crash happened just before 8 p.m. when a tree fell and completely blocked the roadway. The 53-year-old man driving the motorcycle hit it and went into a ditch, officials said.
He and his 51-year-old female passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The roadway was closed for less than 30 minutes, officials said.
