MASON COUNTY, Mich. — Two people were killed Thursday in a crash on Pere Marquette Highway at the US-31 interchange, according to the Ludington Daily News.
The crash happened at around noon when a woman made a U-turn in front of a semi after pulling over on southbound Pere Marquette Highway.
Her and a male passenger were killed, and a young girl was air lifted to the hospital and is in critical condition, the Daily News reports.
Pere Marquette Highway was closed until around 3:40 p.m. According to the Daily News, the names of the victims have not yet been released.
