GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A woman was stabbed in the leg after a man tried to rob her inside of her car, police said.
The victim told police she stopped her car around 12:30 a.m. on July 29 along North Avenue and Leonard Street. The suspect jumped in her car, tried to rob her, and stabbed her before running off.
At last check, police were continuing to search for the suspect. The victim is expected to survive, but was not able to provide a good description of the suspect.
