OAKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich – Authorities have shut down a portion of M-57 in northern Kent County early Thursday morning following a serious crash involving at least two vehicles.
The Kent County Sheriff’s Department says M-57 (14 Mile Road) was closed Wellman Road just west of Greenville after a crash was reported just after 11:30 p.m.
The number of people involved wasn’t available, but at least one person was sent to the hospital.
The highway was reopened shortly after 4 a.m.
