Families anxious as deliberation continues in murder trial of Andy Brown

CENTREVILLE, Mich. – Jury deliberation continues for the third day in the murder trial of Andy Brown.

As of Monday morning, the 12-person jury has deliberated for about 14 hours in St. Joseph County Circuit Court. Brown, a 37-year-old accountant from Portage, is on trial for the first-degree premeditated murder of his boss, well-known Sturgis Accountant David Locey. Brown also faces felony firearm in the deadly shooting of Locey on October 2, 2013.
