GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (June 20, 2014) — The 2014 Movies in the Park series at Ah-Nab-Awen Park will continue on June 20 with a showing of Grease after a rough start to the season.
On June 6, this year’s series started off with a failed projector. The movie that was shown, Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, started late at 10:30 p.m. after a second projector was located. To reward fans for waiting patiently, Grand Rapids Brewing Co. donated five kegs of craft beer for people with wristbands.
On June 20, the series will continue with Grease. The movie is scheduled to start at dusk, and you are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and food. Vendors will also be available, selling food and snacks.

- August 22: Double Feature: Voters’ Choice and Jurassic Park
