GRANDVILLE, Mich. (May 22, 2014) — Maple Hill Golf is already known as one of the top equipment retailers in the Midwest, and its 18-hole golf course is a favorite of many in the area who are looking for a relaxed round on the links. Now the course will welcome a new type of player: the “foot golfer.”
Foot golf is just as it sounds: it’s a game played on the same course, in the same way, but one where you kick a soccer-style ball at the flag stick instead of using a club and golf ball. As in regular golf, you can score a par, birdie, bogey, or even a hole-in-one!
Rates start at $5 for 9 holes, and you have to bring your own ball. Play begins June 16 at 11:30 a.m. Tee times are mandatory.
