Terri Lynn Land Submits Signatures for U.S. Senate Bid

LANSING, Mich. – Republican U.S. Senate candidate Terri Lynn Land of Byron Center has submitted enough signatures to be placed on the August ballot, The Detroit News reported Monday.

According to the newspaper, Land said she collected more than 25,000 signatures from across the state.

She is running for the seat which will be vacated by Carl Levin when he leaves Congress after deciding he will not run for re-election.
