DETROIT, Mich (March 28, 2014) – Crews have shutdown an intersection in Detroit after a giant sinkhole was spotted, large enough to swallow a vehicle.
The sinkhole is approximately 30 feet wide, located on Linwood near Monterey Avenue. A gas line below is clearly visible from the aerial images above.
Crews are working to repair the issue. No injuries reported.
