Man Sentenced to 30 Days for Dragging Stroller Behind Van

MUSKEGON, Mich. — Antonio Raglin was sentenced to 30 days in jail Wednesday for dragging a stroller with an 18-month-old infant inside, according to officials at 60th District Court in Muskegon.

Raglin, 21, pleaded no contest to failure to stop at the scene of an injury accident and driving with a suspended license.

The incident happened June 25, 2013 when Aireanna Currier was pushing the stroller with her child and Raglin backed into them with the van.  The child wasn’t hurt, and Currier had a scraped knee.

“When he was being dragged in the stroller, he was crying and reaching his arms out towards me like ‘Mommy, save me’,” Currier told FOX 17 in July.

Raglin has been in jail since September on weapons and other charges in an unrelated shooting case.
