GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– Are you and your kids getting bored, feeling trapped inside so far this Winter? There’s a brand new event coming to Devos Place, Saturday January 18th that will help with that.
The Kids and Family Expo offers family bonding activities, education and fun. There is even a zip line through Devos Place.
Some of the featured areas include:
- Kids Building Workshops presented by The Home Depot
- Storybook time with KDLville (Kent District Library)
- Art Wall Zone presented by Goddard Schools
- Face Painting Fun presented by Bethany Christian Services
- Balloon Twisting Fever presented by Apple Tree Christian Learning Centers
- Coloring Zone presented by Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel
- Wall of Gratitude presented by The Mental Health Foundation.
- Free Chocolate Milk provided by United Dairy Industry of Michigan; along with “milk mustache” photos
- Green Thumb Zone presented by K12
- Kids Movie School “A Theatre company for Kids” presented by Children’s Creations Theater
- Self Defense – Presented by Flees ATA Martial Arts
The event is Saturday January 18th, from 10 – 6 at DeVos Place, located at 303 Monroe Avenue in Downtown Grand Rapids.
Admission is $6 for adults, children ages three through 15 are $2 and kids two and under get in free.
