WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — It’s already breezy this evening, and it looks like it’s going to get even more so overnight tonight.
A wind advisory has been issued for areas along the lakeshore. This is in effect starting at 11PM tonight and expires Saturday morning. Winds could gust to 50 miles per hour right along the lakeshore. Inland areas will see winds between 30 and 40 miles per hour.
These high winds will also churn up Lake Michigan. Later tonight, waves could be as high as 18 feet.
