HAMILTON, Mich. — Missing 13-year-old Rachel Baker was found safe Tuesday in Missouri, according to the Allegan County Sheriff’s Department.
Baker went missing 11 p.m. Monday night from her Hamilton home after leaving her parents a note that she was leaving with 34-year-old Joseph Young Arpin of California. She had allegedly been talking to him on the internet.
According to a release, Baker said that she and Arpin were located in Crestwood, Mo. Arpin was taken into custody. was taken into custody.
