PORTAGE, Mich. — A 20-year-old Kalamazoo man was killed Monday afternoon after a crash on southbound US-131 at I94 in Portage.
Portage Police say that the man went off the left side of the road and struck the bridge abutment at the I94 overpass. He was the only occupant of the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and officials are still investigating why the man went off the road.
