GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The 24-year-old man allegedly involved in a brief Oct. 1 standoff with Grand Rapids Police and the FBI will now be arraigned on felony weapons charges.

Hollis Cliffton Nunnery II was wanted for a parole violation when officers surrounded a house on 700 Prince St. SE Tuesday afternoon.  After he surrendered to officers, several loaded firearms were found in the home.

Nunnery will be charged Thursday in 61st District Court with three counts of felony firearm possession, and is also being charged as a fourth-time habitual offender.   In 2007, the then-18-year-old was shot in the arm by an officer after a chase.  He is currently being held on $100,000 bond.
