El Paso,TX. — According to KTSM News the crash happened on September 24 just off Spur 601 in East El Paso Texas. 25-Year-Old Troy Kent was driving eastbound on Walter Jones at a high rate of speed and veered into the westbound lanes. Kent struck a purple Ford Mustang traveling westbound. When emergency crews arrived, Kent was dead.
Kent’s passenger also a Fort Bliss soldier, Alan Beauchene, 21, was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
