Man Detained by Teens During Home Invasion Sentenced

MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 49-year-old Muskegon man who was caught and held by a group teens during a home invasion was sentenced Friday to at least 10 years behind bars.

Milton Allen Marshall was detained by six Fruitport High School students after the March 21 home invasion in the 4900 block of South Sheridan Road.

His co-defendent, Todd Bryant Lemieux, was arrested after an hour-long manhunt the same day.  Both he and Marshall have been sentenced to between 10 and 20 years in prison as well as more than $4,000 in restitution.
