Blitz Preview Week 4: They Meet Again

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — Muskegon and Lowell and have met in the postseason each of the last 4 years.  Tonight, they meet in the regular season for the 2nd straight year.  The matchup of 2 of the best programs in the state is the Blitz Game of the Week.

The Big Reds won both meetings last season, including a 15-13 win on a last second field goal in the postseason.  Muskegon (3-0) has already beaten Grand Rapids Christian (2-1) and Rockford (2-1) this year.  The Red Arrows (3-0) have have won their 3 games by an average of 40 points, but certainly face their stiffest test of the season to this point tonight.

The Blitz Battle pitts Comstock Park (3-0) at Allendale (3-0).  The Panthers and Falcons played 2 thrilling games last season with Comstock Park winning both.  When they met in the postseason, Panther defensive back Sam LaRoche intercepted a pass in the end zone in the final seconds to seal a 14-11 win.
