KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A 40-year-old registered sex offender was arrested Wednesday after allegedly approaching a 14-year-old girl on a bicycle with his genitals exposed.
According to a press release, the man rode up to the girl at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Dwight wearing a ski mask. He allegedly made suggestive gestures and comments, and removed his mask before riding off.
Police say they later identified the man, and arrested him without incident after a search.
