WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — The comfortable weather Friday will continue through the weekend, but it still looks like an extended period of high heat and humidity arrives Monday. There are indications the heat and humidity will linger into the first week of September as well.
This image is from the meteorology department at the College of DuPage. It shows temperatures on Monday afternoon close to 90 degrees. In addition, high humidity values will produce heat indicies well into the 90s. Once the heat arrives, it will last for quite some time.
