GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man is in police custody after showing up at a movie theater dressed in body armor, and carrying a gun and a phony CIA I.D.
Police were called to the theater in Grand Blanc after someone noticed the suspect, identified as Cassidy Delavergne wearing a vest and carrying a firearm.
Later, the man was found with hundreds of rounds of ammunition in his car. The suspect was not charged with crimes related to the gun or bullets, but he was charged for the phony Central Intelligence identification.
Court papers say Delavergne showed the I.D. to minimize concerns about his gun.
