NORTON SHORES, Mich. — Several young suspects from Muskegon Heights were arrested and charged Monday for a string of six burglaries in the Norton Shores area.
The crimes, which span from November 2012 to as recently as July 8 of this year, involve at least four suspects between the ages of 12 and 15. As a group, they are accused of stealing from a variety of places, including a private boat and an electronics store.
During their most recent alleged crime July 8, two businesses were broken into and vandalized as well as a car. They are also accused of breaking into The Coffee House at 225 Seminole Road and stealing more than $2,000. They were caught on surveillance cameras during that crime and later identified by police.
Due to their ages, their names are not being released.
