Brief Break From The Heat

Posted at 3:17 PM, Jul 10, 2013

WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — As cooler and less humid air moves into West Michigan, many people will be able to give their air conditioners a break, but the relief is only temporary.

This image from our in-house computer model, Future Track, shows low temperatures dipping well into the 50s for many locations on Thursday morning.  Comfortable temperatures and humidity values will continue through Friday as well.

However, medium-range computer guidance indicates heat building this weekend and lasting for much of next week. We could finally have our first 90-degree temperature of the year in Grand Rapids early next week.
