MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 47-year-old Fruitport Township could spend 35 years behind bars for holding up a Norton Shores gas station.

Timothy Parker was sentenced in Muskegon County Court for the crime of armed robbery as a fourth-time habitual offender.  He was found guilty of holding up the Speedway station at 6582 Grand Haven Rd. in October 2012.  Jurors deliberated only about a half hour before handing down the guilty verdict.  Judge Timothy G.
