Michigan State Police Help Kids Get Healthy

ROCKFORD, Mich.- The State Police are hosting their 9th Annual Triathlon to help West Michigan kids get healthy and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

The event will be held on July 13th at Rockford High School. Depending on their age bracket, races start at 9 am for the kids and run up until a noon start time. Everyone who participates gets a t-shirt, medal, and certificate. It will cost $20 to enter the race. All proceeds from the event benefit D.A.R.E. and Explorers programs.
