KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A 43-year-old man was arraigned on a second-degree child abuse charge Friday afternoon after police say violent images of teens being bound and restrained led them to his Kalamazoo home.
Keith Workman is also being charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and concealed weapons violations for possessing a stun gun. The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest after the initial tip about the images was sent to the FBI.
Workman is currently housed in the Kalamazoo County Jail on a $750,000 bond.
