WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Four people were killed in a small plane crash at Oakland County International Airport, according to a press conference from J. David VanderVeen, director of central services for Oakland County.
He said that the plane was just 100 feet off the ground during a take off when the pilot requested to return and land. After the crash, three victims were pronounced dead at the scene, and a fourth died at the hospital.
