WILCOX TOWNSHIP, Mich- Two murder suspects from Ohio were arrested on Sunday in Newaygo County. Michigan State Troopers got a tip that the suspects were driving through Wexford County on M-37 in a black Mazda pickup with Wisconsin license plates.
Troopers caught up with the pickup and stopped them, then took them into custody.
The driver is wanted on a Murder Warrant out of Brown County, Ohio, which is southeast of Cincinnati. The passenger in the pickup truck is also a person of interest in that same murder.
The suspects are are in the Newaygo County Jail, pending extradition by Ohio authorities.
