Santiago Zapata Jr.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Timothy Miller and Maceo Scott Have both been found guilty of first degree murder and armed robbery for the murder of Sanitiago Zapata Jr. The Grand Valley State University advisor was found murdered in the basement of his Grand Rapids home last September.
Investigators say the suspects knew the victim and the two men had been spending time with Zapata on a regular basis.
Miller and Scott are scheduled to be sentenced on June 6th.
