(WEST MICHIGAN) — A light rain/snow mix moving across West Michigan this morning. Heaviest rain and snow will stay off to the west of Lake Michigan but some heavier rain showers could make it to the Lakeshore. Rain and snow showers are associated with a warm front moving north into West Michigan and will bring warmer temperatures for the afternoon. Once the front moves north skies to the south should start to clear leading to some areas of sunshine towards the end of the day.
Slight clearing will be short-lived as more rain chances will return for Monday morning. An active work week ahead will likely cause more problems with flooding concerns as an additional one to two inches could be possible throughout the week. Temperatures will stay more mild however with temperatures slightly cooler than average through the end of next week.
