Ingredients:
- ½ pound of morel mushrooms
- ½ stick of butter,
- Garlic seasoning
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 10 oz. package of pasta
- 16 oz. jar of prepared Alfredo sauce (Ragu or other brand)
- ½ cup white wine such as Gewürztraminer
Preparation:
- Prepare the pasta according to label directions
- Slice the morels into ringlets (1/8 to ¼ inch thick)
- Melt the butter in a deep sauté pan
- Spread mushrooms in the pan
- Add garlic seasoning (to taste)
- Sauté (turning often) until they make a popping sound
- Add white wine and stir
- Add Alfredo sauce while continuing to stir
- Serve with sprinkled cheese atop
