GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Sundance Grill & Bar located in the Trust Building is moving to a new location formerly held by The Ottawa Tavern.

Jeff Lobdell, President of Restaurant Partners, Inc., will be investing $400,000 to remodel 8,300 square feet of street level frontage at the corner of Ottawa and Pearl.

“We successfully served our customers from the Trust Building, but I am really excited about what this new space has to offer.” Lobdell refers to the appealing street frontage facing this popular downtown intersection. At the new location, Lobdell will offer outdoor seating, a well-liked feature at his other restaurants. “And”, he adds, “we can serve more guests, provide a full-service bar and expand our banquet facilities.”

Construction of the new Sundance Grill location will begin in March 2013 while its current location will remain open per usual hours.

The Sundance Grill has two Grand Rapids locations and is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. A complete menu and more information can be found at
