LONDON — Even on another continent, the Pistons struggle to win.
The New York Knicks defeated the Detroit Pistons in London, England 102-87. The game counted as home game for the Pistons.
Carmelo Anthony led all scorers with 26 points. Tyson Chandler added 10 points and 14 rebounds. Will Bynum led the Pistons with 22 points off the bench. Andre Drummond had a double-double off the bench with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Greg Monroe started and equaled Drummond’s numbers in 36 minutes of play.
Detroit’s next game is Sunday at the Palace of Auburn Hills against the Boston Celtics.
