PENNIFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 22-year-old woman was arrested after she resisted officers during a noise complaint early Saturday morning.
It happened in the 500 block of Limewood Drive around 2:35 a.m.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department said they discovered two semi automatic handguns hidden in the home.
Those weapons were seized as evidence.
One of the firearms may have been used in a shooting incident in the Battle Creek area, police added.
The homeowner was taken to the Calhoun County Jail.
