Winter Weather Update

Posted

WEST MICHIGAN (FOX 17) — Parts of West Michigan continue to see snow falling. Winter weather advisories remain in effect for areas south and east of Grand Rapids until 7AM Thursday. Accumulations will range from none north of Grand Rapids to as much as four inches along the Indiana border. Expect roads to become snow-covered and slick.

However, as this map shows, it is a lot worse to the south. Blizzard warnings, as well as winter storm warnings, are in effect for parts of Indiana and Ohio. Traffic is at a standstill across much of central Indiana, where some areas have already received a foot of snow.
