MONTCALM COUNTY – Members of the Home Township Fire Department made the holiday season a little brighter for several families in need.
Six families were given a full Christmas meal, as well as cleaning supplies and gifts.
Santa helped make the deliveries with the help of local firefighters and the use of a fire truck.
Randy Linton serves as the Home Township Fire Chief.
“We are very proud to be able to give back to the community we serve in this small way,” said Linton.
Linton also says 20 children between the ages of 3-years-old and 16 years-old received gifts this year.
Montabella Public Schools and local businesses also helped to make the event happened.
