HOLLAND, Mich., — The 2013 Art in Bloom Poster Competition for Holland’s Tulip Time Festival is underway, and the contest’s top 20 finalists have been chosen.
Every year, a work of art is chosen as the official poster for the Tulip Time Festival. A panel of judges, which includes three West Michigan art and design experts, selects the top 20 finalists.
Tulip Time representatives and The Holland Area Arts Council will select the winner, who will be announced in February.
The festival will run May 4 – May 11 in Holland.
