GVSU women rally to beat Ferris State, remain undefeated

BIG RAPIDS, Mich. — The third ranked Grand Valley State women's basketball team rallied from a seven-point, fourth quarter deficit Thursday to beat rival Ferris State, 72-68.

Senior Jenn DeBoer (South Christian) led the way for GVSU with 19 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists, Maddie Dailey (Hastings) scored 18 points.

Ferris State was led by Riley Blair who led all scorers with 23 points.

The Lakers (4-0, 12-0) host Lake Superior State Saturday at 1 p.m., The Bulldogs (1-3, 7-5) travevl to Davenport for a 1 p.m. game.
