GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Davenport dug itself a 19-0 hole to start Thursday's game against Ashland and could not climb out of it in a 66-56 loss to the Eagles.

Janeau Joubert scored a career high 24 point for the Panthers, Evan Hines added 15.

Rodrick Caldwell hit nine threes and scored a game-hihgh 31 points for Ashland.
