HOLLAND, Mich. — Blake Pederson led the way with 16 points as West Ottawa beat East Kentwood, 62-39, Tuesday night.

Jordan Jackson led the Falcons with 16 points.

The Panthers (2-0, 7-1) will be at Grandville on Friday night, East Kentwood (0-1, 2-4) will host Hudsonville on Friday.
