GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — One night after going for a triple-double in the win over the Grand Rapids Angels, Benton Harbor's Carlos 'Scooby' Johnson was too much to handle once again. Johnson scored 28 points in the Tigers' 64-51 win over Grand Rapids Catholic Central in the Mayweather Classic. Jack Karasinski had a team-high 14 points for the Cougars in the loss.
The Cougars fall to 12-2 overall and will take on Allendale on the road on Tuesday.
