HOPKINS, Mich. — Portage Central sophomore Grant Pikkaart scored 20 of his game-high 26 points in the second half as the Mustangs beat Hopkins Thursday night, 64-50.
The Vikings (2-2) were led by Drew Weber with 14 points and Ty Zomerlei with 13.
The Mustangs received 14 points from Ryan Dorff and 13 from Hunter Young.
Portage Central (4-0) is off until January 10th when they travel to Niles. Hopkins is at Allendale Friday night.
