GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids Catholic Central and Allendale were tied at 14 in the first quarter before the Cougars went on a 21-4 run later in the first half to pull away for the 68-54 victory. Devon Boyd scored a team-high 17 points while Mykel Bingham added 15 points and 13 rebounds.
The Cougars improve to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in OK Blue play and will host Coopersville on Friday night.
