HUDSONVILLE, Mich. — Jack Karasinski scored 28 points as Grand Rapids Catholic Central beat West Catholic, 80-53, Monday night in a division two district opener.

The Cougars (18-3) will play Wellspring Prep (9-11) on Wednesday night in a semifinal at Unity Christian.
