KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Today at 2:30 p.m. a victim was found suffering a gunshot wound in their Howard Street apartment in Kalamazoo according to Kalamazoo Public Safety.
Officers responded to a report of gunfire prior to finding the victim. The officers found that there was a gunfight between two vehicles and the victims injury was the result of a stray bullet.
The second victim arrived at a nearby hospital shortly after being shot. Fortunately, both victims wounds were non-life threatening.
